Spacieux condo(125m2), propre et très bien entretenu, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain. Situé au 2ème étage d'un petit immeuble de 6 appartements sécurisé, à courte distance du centre ville et de la plage. Piscine partagée avec coin barbecue. Air conditionné, ventilateur. Buanderie avec machine à laver. Cuisine américaine. Une chambre avec lit de 160 cm, 2 lits jumeaux dans la 2nd chambre. La terrasse donne sur le jardin et la piscine. Il y a 1 vélo. Seconde résidence, l'échange ne doit pas être simultané. Nos dates sont flexibles. -------------------------------------------------------.
Spacious condo(125 m2), clean & very well maintained, located on the 2nd floor of a small unit of six apartments with shared swiming pool. 2 bedrooms, queen size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Both rooms offer large closets and private bathrooms. Air conditioning, & ceiling fans. Laudry with washing machine. Open kitchen. The terrace off the living room looks over the pool and tropical garden. There is 1 bicycle. 2nd residence, we don't need to do a simultaneous exchange. Our dates are flexible.
