The apartment is modern and spacious, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths + another small bedroom with bath used for sleeping the service (but if you don't have any, you could very well use it as an extra bedroom).
The living room and dinning room are very spacious and have an amazing view of the city and the volcanoes Popocatepetl and Iztaccihuatl.
The office is a very good sized space as well, and enjoys and equal view of the city.
It has laundry outdoor space and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you might need!
The apartment is fully furnished and everything is almost new since we have had it for a short period of time.
The building has an elevator that takes you straight from the parking lot to the living room of your apartment! Very comfortable, specially if you have any trouble walking or moving around...
We have 3 parking spaces available at the bottom of the building, with electric opening door.
Also, at the top of the building, we have a sun roof that we share with the other 4 apartments (yes, there are only 4 apartments in the building, so you will enjoy a very private stay). You can ask to use the sun roof privately whenever you want and have a personal get together, party or romantic evening. It has a fireplace, comfortable outdoor couches and also a grill.
The building is very safe and there is a maintenance guy on site during the weeks that for some extra pesos can do errands such as cleaning your car, the apartment, getting the sun roof set up, washing clothes or any other thing you might need!
The apartment is located in the heart of Puebla,Mexico in the renowned neighborhood of La Paz. The neighborhood is quiet and mostly houses but you have many restaurants and bars within 5 minute drive. Also right next to the famous "La Juarez Avenue" and about 15 from beautiful downtown which has the 2nd biggest cathedral in America.
Puebla is located in the center of Mexico, 2 hour drive to Mexico City, 2 hour drive to Veracruz, and 4 hour drive to Acapulco. It is a colonial city that was declared patrimony of humanity by the Unesco in 1987. It is a very unique destination full of history and architectural wonders. It is also home to the world known "Talavera" and to may gastronomical specialties, such as the "Mole Poblano" a delicious mixture of chile and chocolate. Puebla is a town not a lot of people know, but that has soooo many thing to offer, you won't be bored for a second!... Here is the wikipedia link that can tell you many other things that I can't: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Puebla,_Puebla
There are also several small villages around that are worth visiting, such as Atlixco, Cuetzalan, Zacatlan, Cholula (pyramids), Huahuchinango, Tecali and many others where you can find natural wonders, arqueological sites and many other hidden secrets you don't want to miss!
*** We are also members of a beautiful country club that has a golf course!!! We could arrange for you to come if you would like!
I am 23 years old and have been living my whole life in Puebla. My family bought this apartment to have for when friends would come over to visit for abroad. Since now I am starting an acting course in NY, I thought it would be a great idea to trade this apartment for a furnished one over there. I think it would be a great opportunity for a couple of adventurers that would like to live in Mexico for some 4 months and skip the cold Ny winter! My whole family lives in Puebla and could give you the best local advise (my mom is an art historian that knows all the cool places to visit!)
I am looking for an apartment, for one person, in Manhattan during the fall, from September to December 2012!
