About our home

We would love for you to enjoy our gorgeous penthouse condo! It is located within a gated community and is very safe.

We have a rooftop solarium for watching the sun come up while you have your morning latte, or a cool Margarita while watching the sun go down with it's spectacular colours! Take in the million dollar view of the canal with it's many luxury yachts! There is a gas grill and a gazebo for dining! Also soak in the hot tub after a a sun filled day by the pool or beach!

The home is well equipped with everything you might need! Stainless steel appliances, ice maker water cooler, cooking utensils, blender, juicer, espresso machine and coffee maker!
There is air conditioning in every room as well as a ceiling fan. The decor is very tropical with corals and yellows, and turquoise accents! The master has a king size bed, and an en-suite bath, while the second bedroom has two queen size beds. The sofa turns into a king bed and there is also a blow up queen bed if you want to sleep under the stars covered with a insect net.
The main bathroom is equipped with a shower as well.

Sit on the pier and enjoy the many fish known to the Mexican Caribbean! Maid service is available at your convenience.

More about us

We are Joanie and Ron and have four grown up children between us and a new little grandson, We are pretending to be semi- retired. We also have a beautiful penthouse condo in the Riviera Maya on the Caribbean Sea. This would also be available. Ron has an engineering background and I have a nursing company that takes care of elders and I am also a realtor. We would love to travel to different places, and will offer you a choice of either place!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

There is a golf cart for getting around the village, just a few minutes away there are many local shops and restaurants, some pubs with great beer on tap! There are karaoke bars and pizza places that you can order from for delivery. You may also have little ones that might want to swim with the dolphins. There is a fresh fruit and vegetable market in the town square every Wednesday and Saturday, with awesome locally grown organic food!

There is an Oxxo convenience store open quite late that sells a little of everything including alcoholic beverages! Just outside of the main gate and across the highway there is a small shopping plaza with a great supermarket within walking distance and you can grab a taxi back with your groceries for 50 pesos!

There is a nine hole golf course with reasonable rates soon to be expanded to 18 holes, and there is also a tennis court.
The area is known for it's diving and snorkelling along the reef or in one of it's many cenotes. It is home to the second largest reef in the world!
There are plenty of activities to keep you and every member of your family entertained!
