Where is it?

The villa is in the northern part of the village of Puerto Morelos, in a small and charming private (dead end) street, very quiet and silent which is a privilege since large hotels are nearby. The house is on the beach and inside the natural reserve of Puerto Morelos (Coral reefs). The beach is quiet, safe, with the typical crystalline waters and low waves of a reef lagoon. The village is nice and safe, family oriented, nice restaurants, arts and crafts shopping. For disco and live entertainment, the famous Playa del Carmen is a 20min drive south, and Cancun with his glitter, shopping, excellent restaurants and all entertainment is 20 min drive north. Activities here include swimming, diving, snorkeling (in the reefs and in front of the house), boat riding, kite surf, biking. Tours are organized to the famous ruins of Tulum, Chichen Itza or Koba (or you can drive there) the jungle, and the cenotes, where diving is also fantastic. Great Theme parks are close by (XPLOR and XEL-HA, among others). You can have both a quiet vacation in a secluded beached area if you choose to stay at the Villa and a lively frantic vacation when you want it, with the best discos a short drive away. Plus the fantastic divings of the whole area including Cozumel island and the cenotes (also great for beginners!), and the water theme parks, shark viewing, swimming with dolphins plus many other activities that the Mayan Riviera has to offer, including the beautiful warm climate. The Cancun international airport is only 17 minutes away.
