About our home

A newly remodeled beauty. Enchanting ocean view from the living room, the kitchen, the large dining room & the separate bar. This enclave of Mismaloya bay is shared only with a 5 star hotel it offers a semi-pivate beach; is near waterfalls which has been the site to Hollywood's Blookbusters such as the "Predator" which is within walking distance. Our Bay is where the Night of the Iguana was filmed; John Huston felt that it was the most beautiful spot in all of Puerto Vallarta. The "predator was also filmed int this area; selected because of natural water falls and surrounding rivers. From the condo on the right is a fabulous ocean view and on the left the jungle falling almost into the ocean. It is an enchanting place.

More about us

We are Stella and Jerry. We are both professionals. We have traveled the world over at least 3 times. We are very active. We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta for 27 years. In 1998 we decided to buy. But we would not buy until we discovered the perfect place and in 2005 we found it. In 2006 we remodeled our condo with the top architect and designer. This is a second home and this is the first time I thought about an exchange. I am interested in finding another jewel to exchange. I like having a view and pretty/fun surroundings. We are imaculate we will take care of your place and expect the same.

Historically as a fishing town, Puerto Vallarta's remnants of it's provincial charm can still be seen through it's broad range of activities and sites such as water sports, deep-sea fishing, snorkeling, spa services, whale watching, dolphin sightings, and outdoor dining in many up-scale restaurants. Make memories as you make excursions on hiking trails, view natural waterfalls, and spot exotic birds, and natural wild life. Visit the Los Arcos Marine Reserve and the famous"eden, Chicos Paradise, El Kliff, El Set" as you snapbreath-taking pictures of local culture and reserves.
