About our home

My condominium is on the fifth floor overlooking the gorgeous Bay of Banderas, the Gulf of Mexico directly on the beach. The views are spectacular facing west for gorgeous sunsets. There is a large very gracious livingroom, a large bedroom with king bed, private bath with shower. A beautifully equipped kitchen, tiled in Mexican handmade tiles, has an eating bar if you prefer not to enjoy the view from the balcony for your dining pleasure. Furnished in traditional colonial Mexico style this sophisticated apartment has some antiques and paintings to enhance the decor. Both the bedroom and livingroom open onto a large patio, equipped with table for candlelight dining and comfortable seating. The beach and pools are steps from the elevator door. 24 hour security and front office to meet your needs. There are three pools and patios. The town of Puerto Vallarta is 5 miles to the centro. Public transportation and taxis are readily available. Most guests never want to leave..

Where is it?

Puerto Vallarta town center is 5 miles north. Mismaloya and the site of the filming of "THe Night Of The Iguana" is 5 miles in the southern direction. The town of Puerto Vallarta is filled with excellent dining, shopping, night life and beaches. All kinds of traditional art can be found, but the town also has modern day conveniences. Easily reached by major airlines. There are also hiking and fishing expeditions, diving, parasailing, golf, and many art galleries, gyms, learning centers. Just about anything you may want to do for your enjoyment. The temperatures are mild most of the year, so open air living is the life style. It is truly one of the most beautiful places to visit for culture, fun and sun.
