About our home

Our home offers both indoor and outdoor living. It is spacious enough that everyone can find a private corner for him or herself. There are 3 bedrooms + a baby's room in the main house with a detached casita that can be used to host guests that may come visit you! The property is fully fenced allowing you to spread out over the 6,000+ sq. feet our lot covers from the double carport in front to the pool overlooking the golf course in the back. During the Summer, our neighbors return to their primary homes which makes the great amount of outdoor space we have feel even larger. Includes weekly pool and gardening service plus twice weekly cleaning.

More about us

We are Steve and Paige. We moved to San Jose in 2006 for the adventure of living abroad. Over the past 9 years, we've enjoyed the warmth of the Mexican culture, the constant sunshine, and we've dug deep roots in a town where almost everyone is a transplant. Each Summer we get a break from publishing our real estate magazine (now in its 51st issue!) and are hoping to give our two boys (2 1/2 and 5 years old) a chance to experience a Summer in the United States near family.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

San Jose is a charming Mexican beach town that draws an eclectic mix of Mexicans, Americans and Canadians. Just a 20 minute drive from Cabo, you can spend the morning fishing, the afternoon cooling off in the pool and the evenings at 5 star restaurants. Our home is in a highly desirable residential neighborhood filled with local business owners. If you enjoy going for walks, you can walk almost 5 miles without crossing a single street! While our neighborhood is very residential, within 1/2 a mile is a major grocery store, the beach, a dolphin center, gyms, tennis courts, multiple parks, golf courses, an estuary for bird lovers, a hospital and downtown San Jose.
