Where is it?

San Miguel de Allende is one of Mexico's famed Colonial Cities dating from 1542. As such, it is an United Nations World Heritage Site and several years ago Conde Nast Traveler named it the number one place in the world to visit. In the late 1930's San Miguel was discovered by the US and Canadian arts community and still maintains an very active arts colony. Our neighborhood, Guadalupe, has local grocery stores and restaurants and is a flat walk to town.
