About our home
Our home is a vacation home we just received this January 2019. It has its own private pool, and a backyard terrace.
Is fully equipped and very confortable.
Has one bedroom with King bed and full bathroom, other room with Queen bed and an Individual bed. So can sleep 5 people very comfortably.
Kids are allowed.
We have enjoyed so little this house because we are out of México for work.Hope you can enjoy it.

“Tania’s Villa is very serene and well presented with great bathrooms and living spaces. The villa in a newly developing part of Tulum was a beautiful place to stay. We loved the design, styling and fit out. The pool was a bonus and very much appreciated during hot weather. Roberto the property manager was accessible very informative, amenable and prompt and professional and made sure guests have a smooth stay in Tulum.”
