“We greatly enjoyed our stay at Rick and Sarah's home. The home is ideally located slightly removed from the center of town. Bring a comfortable pair of walking shoes; San Miguel is hilly and the street are mainly cobblestone with narrow sidewalks. We stayed for 2 weeks. Our son and his girlfriend came to stay with us for 8 nights and a couple who are long-time friends from back home joined us for 10 nights. All couples enjoyed a comfortable, well appointed en suite. We rarely used the rooftop terrace, with its awesome view, as it it accessible only through the master bedroom and up a narrow circular stairway. Why in the world the gas grill is located up there, and not on the main floor terrace and much closer to the kitchen and great room/dining room escaped us. We understand that there may be plans to add another easier stairway up the the terrace from the main floor terrace, which would be a major improvement. Manolo the manager, and Angela, the housekeeper, were wonderful and helpful.”

“This experience with Rick and his beautiful property was fantastic! Communication was excellent from the get-go and there were a lot of Covid hurdles to deal with, so Rck’s attention to detail was very helpful. We know the area above the centre of San Miguel and didn’t mind the hills and loved the old world feel in this part of town. The beds were comfortable and the different outdoor patio spaces provided gorgeous moments for reflection or entertaining, with the upper terrace wowing is with the most spectacular view in the city!! A truly memorable experience. Thanx Rick, Manolo and Angela for this perfect stay ”
