About our home

A luxurious and professionally designed 4 floors city mansion in one of the most popular residential areas of Amsterdam. The house is orginally built in 1905 and we completely renovated the house in December 2019. The house has a study and bedroom with private bathroom on the ground floor. The first floor is the living area where we have the luxurious kitchen, dining room and living room. Adjacent to the kitchen we have a kids play room and a small pantry. The second floor is where the bedrooms are located. A master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 2 kids bedrooms, a separate 2nd bathroom, a separate toilet and a laundry room. The third floor is the roof terrase with a dining are, a lounge area and a sand pit for the little ones. The whole house is designed by a professional interior designer and is equipped with a state-of-art sound and TV system.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

The house is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods of Amsterdam, Watergraafsmeer. The area has many beautiful authentic houses, local stores for fresh artisan bread, cheese and groceries. There are many great restaurants for different budgets, bars, fashion boutiques and gift shops just around the corner. The street we are on itself is quiet at night. There is a tram stop around the corner and the tram takes you to the city centre in no more than 20 minutes.
