About our home

- I am especially interested in longer period swaps with New York because of my work -

Beautiful and spacious three room attic-apartment (550 sq.ft.) on the fourth flour of a historical building. The apartment is filled with daylight and has a roofterrace facing south, where you can enjoy the sun and sit/eat outside from sunrise till sunset. The apartment is very quiet and calm, even though it's located on the border of the city centre. There is one bedroom with a kingsizebed, a guest/dressingroom and an open living/kitchen room extended with the roofterrace. It has a modern and clean bathroom and separate toilet as well as a wash and dry-machine. The kitchen is designed and handmade by the owner and has all modern equipment needed, like an oven, dishwasher, coffee machine etc.
As mentioned, the apartment is at the edge of the centre, close by:
- Central station (7 min walk)
- Prinseneiland (3 min walk)
- The ferry to the northside of Amsterdam (2 min walk)
- Tram 3 which will bring you to 'downtown' (1 min walk)
- 'The most popular' street of Amsterdam: de Haarlemmerstraat (5 min walk)
(just to mention a few, but I have plenty of tips for anyone visiting)

Amsterdam is also a great city to be based if you want to explore Europe. We have one of the biggest airports in the world and you can usually fly everywhere directly for a reasonable price. There are also direct trains to many countries and city's all over Europe. For example: Paris is only a 3 hour trained from our central station and they run multiple times a day!

My name is Nora and I work as an international visual artist and model. I have been travelling on a regular base now for more than six years so I am very used to stay and take care of other people their houses. I am a quiet, clean, communicative and reliable person. I am open to swapping with many different destinations, but I work the most in capitals of Europe like Londen, Paris, Hamburg, Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid, Stockholm. So these places are easy for me to swap with. Last minute swaps are fine for me!!
Oh, and I just got my 01 visum for the US so right now I am especially interested in doing homeswaps with someone in NY :)
