About our home

We usually only accept rentals, but during our personal holiday, we can offer the B&B on points. Only restrictions are:
- We can only offer the B&B room on points for 1-2 people (sharing 1 queensize bed)
- We can only offer it for a minimum stay of 6 nights
- a cleaning fee of 80,- Euro applies.

- we then offer the studio as an independent studio for LHS guests, so the regular B&B Services (breakfast, and daily cleaning) will NOT apply, but you'd stay independently. In return you get a beautiful studio room in a fabulous location, with a private roof terrace :-)

This studio apartment is one of our units from our beautiful bed and breakfast, The Weavery Boutique Bed & Breakfast. We are located within the canal district of Amsterdam, in a small quiet side street, just off the picturesque Prinsengracht canal. The museum square, lots of great restaurants and bars, inspiring art galleries and all the major shopping streets are all within walking distance from us.

Set in a protected 17th century landmark Amsterdam row house, the Weavery offers the unique character and style of a boutique hotel, with the personal service and homey comfort of a family run bed and breakfast. Built in the 1670s, we’ve completely renovated and restored this wonderful building into a tranquil yet captivating home away from home for the independently minded traveler. During the restoration process we made every effort to preserve and uncover the wonderful details from the past.

The Studio is fully self-contained, with private bath and w/c, separate entrance and coffee/tea making facilities. Our charming rooms feel like a home away from home to the independent minded traveler, who likes to move at his own pace. In short we designed the Weavery to feel more like a pied-à-terre than a hotel or traditional bed and breakfast.

Please note we have a strict non-smoking policy.

The Studio is located on the second floor and has a private roof terrace and a private entrance. Please note, though, that there are steep stairs leading up with no lift. It has the following facilities:
- Queen-size bed with premium, natural beddings from Cocomat
- This room has a second queensize bed up in a small "gallery" above the beams that can be reached by a pull-down attic staircase. The second bed is within the same room but a bit separate as it's located above the beams. Please note that this second bed is not suitable for children under the age of 7 or 8 years old for safety reasons.
- Bathroom with bath/rain-shower combination and W/C
- Hairdryer
- Rituals / Marie Stella Maris bathroom amenities
- Microwave, dishwasher and fridge
- Tea/coffee making facilities with Nespresso coffee machine
- Lounge corner
- Flat screen TV
- Laptop Safe
- Wireless Internet
**Breakfast is not included

For points stays, we have to charge a flatrate of 80,- Euro for the cleaning/sheets.
