Spacious and stylish family house in the beloved Kleverpark of Haarlem. Recently renovated (2019) classic town house with a loft-like living area (100m2), open kitchen plan, bar, large dining table, very comfortable TV chill-out (Netflix, Videoland) and reading corner. People love our home because of the light and large rooms.
In our big green garden, you will find an extra cozy studio with a separate bathroom - your own tiny house. The garden has lots of privacy and is a wonderful place to lounge, have a BBQ, or relax under the veranda. And if you love getting sun struck, feel free to enjoy the evening sun from our roof terrace.
The Kleverpark with its village-like atmosphere has its own very attractive centre with high quality stores; an organic bakery, fishmonger, greengrocer, butcher and delicatessen shop. You can take stroll in one of the many the parks, rent a boat for a trip through the canals or do some hiking in the dunes and forests nearby.
Our home is walking distance from Haarlem city center and Central Station (10 min), so you can easily hop on a train to Amsterdam or Schiphol (20 min). And you are just a bike ride away from the sea and the long-stretched beaches of Bloemendaal and Zandvoort (7km).
We charge a € 60 cleaning fee, so that you have a clean house and our cleaning lady will clean after you have left.

The house is ideally located. It's only a 5 minute walk from the central train station and 10 minutes from the old city centre which is definitely worth a visit! Around the corner you will find all the necessary shops, restaurants and some boutiques.
Enjoy your stay on a stone throw's distance of the Grote Markt. Explore all cultural sights, cute boutiques and lively restaurants Haarlem has to offer or cycle through the beautiful sand dunes to visit the beaches of Zandvoort & Bloemendaal.
