About our home

Our quiet, kidsfriendly, safe and well maintained neighborhood with houses built between 1920 and 1932 including a small canal (‘singel) in high-end village.
We have a well maintained and for Dutch standards large family home with dining room and open kitchen and a sitting area. Our master bedroom and bathroom is on the first floor, and we have 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. We have a comfortable sunny garden with lots of flowers to relax and enjoy.

More about us

  1. We are a family with 2 daughters of 18 and 22 who are both in college. Sometimes they will travel with us, but we like to explore the world with just the 2 of us as well.
We have lived in Westport, CT from
2007-2010 and in Curaçao in 2011.
Rotterdam in The Netherlands is our hometown and second largest of The Netherlands and only a half hour by train from Amsterdam.

  2. Michiel, my husband works in Finance and I am a HR professional.

  3. We love traveling, arts, history, fine dining and cooking and be in company of family and good friends.
