About our home
Goedendag, we would like to introduce our home,
Our nice, light house is situated in the village Zeewolde. It received the first price for best architecture project in the 10th anniversary of our village by the municipal.
We take good care of our home and we like to share it with you. So we will take care of your house also like it's ours.
The premises lies in the south of the province of Flevoland. It is near The Veluwe with its beautiful forests and heather and near the lake Wolderwijd. The cities Harderwijk, Amersfoort and Utrecht are not far to reach. We have a beach in our village, it's 10 minutes by bike. Also a drive to Amsterdam is only 50 min. At the other hand you can also reach in one hour the famous Giethoorn.
In the direct environment of Zeewolde we also have forests, nice bicycle paths (there are also 4 bikes you can use). There is a golf course. The direct environment is realy quiet with a lot of green in our street and at the back of our house. You can sit under our porch, there is a wood stove when it is getting chilly in the evening. On the barbeque you can grill whatever you like.
People in our street like the quiet environment and in general they are open when you would start a conversation. Children can play in the direct environment because there are two small playing grounds.
Downstairs is our livingroom and kitchen (it's fully equipped with steam oven, combination oven, dishwasher and induction cooker), and a toilet. From the livingroom you can watch the nice green garden. There is a lot of privacy in the garden at the back of our house. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. The largest is the masterbedroom with a double bed. In two bedrooms is a single bed and in the fourth bedroom is a loft bed. There is also a bathroom with a walk in shower and a toilet. Our 28 solar panels makes enough green electricity for the premises.
In summer 2019 we moved in our house, we come from Purmerend in North Holland. We experience our new environment as more quiet and people are really friendly. From Purmerend we have had several home exchanges.
We are confident that we can show our hospitality even better here in Zeewolde. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask us.

We are the blessed parents of two children, our son Noah is 16 years old and our daughter Nina is 9 years old. We are about 45 years old. We take care of our home and we love to share it with careful people. We also will take care of your house, as if it is our own. We like our jobs, but we find it important that we also enjoy our life, by spending time with our children at home or when we take vacation. We made already 7 exchanges, three in France (2xBretagne and Elzas), one in Belgium (Gent) and two in The Netherlands (Groningen and Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht), with good experiences. Where is it?
Neighbourhood
Zeewolde has both water and forests in the surroundings. It is nice to go for walks, or to use the bicycle paths. There is more than one golf coarse not far from our house. There is a swimmingpool in the village. You can go for breakfast or have a nice lunch or diner in a restaurant where you can sit close to the water.
