About our home

Very quiet location with garden bordered by bush and reserve. Hear the Moreporks calling at night as you sit in the outdoor spa pool. Lovely tidal sea view with everchanging colours and sunsets. Large decks and separate spa deck. House lovely and warm with large windows. Main bedroom with double bed and ensuite. Second bedroom with queen bed. Third room with 2 single beds. The downstairs office can become a fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Gym equipment available in one bedroom unless put away to accommodate extra bed. The house is a 20 minute drive from Auckland International airport and is serviced by a shuttle bus door to door.

Quality homes all around area. There is a coastal walk which runs along the bottom of the garden. Supermarket, restaurant, post shop, bank, doctor and fast food outlets and facilities within walking distance. Our home is a 15 drive from the CBD and downtown Auckland. Indoor shopping Malls within an 8 min drive. Tennis and golf clubs within a 10 minute walk. Beautiful west coast surf beaches a 25 min drive away.
