Modern house with wide city views and decks to sit on and enjoy the views, 5 minute drive from city.

We have lived in this house for 13 years and have 2 great children 9 and 6. The house is warm and sunny with a great back yard for playing and a veggie garden for fresh summer vegetables. The house over looks the city where you can admire the city lights and firework displays which happen over the summer period.

We have 2 cars a modern Mitsubishi Pajero 4 x 4 which seat 7 and a Mitsubishi Lancer. Every thing is with in a 5 – 10 minute drive. You can walk if you are keen. There are 3 malls including one of New Zealands largest malls. There are 2 major super markets and 2 very popular fresh fruit market. On Sunday morning there is Northshores largest Sunday Market. There are 2 major picture theatres for movies. Also there is a handful of major theatres for those who want to take in a show.

The beaches on the shore are beautiful and again just a short drive down the road. Auckland is surrounded by beaches so you can choose which ones you would like to go to.

Car parking is easy in New Zealand and traffic in summer is light as everyone is on holiday.

From Auckland you can drive to many of the other famous New Zealand destination including Rotorua, Bay of Islands, Coromandel.

We have 2 cats who can stay with you or can be looked after by others.

We have bikes for the kids, rollablades, playstation and plenty of other fun things.

We also have shares in a large 45 foot launch and may be able to organise a boating, fishing trip around the islands of Auckland for those who are interested.

We live in a quiet no exist street that backs onto a large Kauri Tree reserve. It is a very safe environment where you can walk anywhere. We also have great neighbours who will help you out if needed and give you advice. Knowing them they will have you over for dinner. This is a great part of Auckland and you can feel very safe here.

We are both professional couples who love our family and friends. Our children are very respectful of others and other peoples property. We enjoy the great outdoors and are often off in the weekends enjoying all the wonderful things that New Zeland has to offer.

We ran a ski chalet and have always skied. It is our aim to take our family to Canada to ski.
