About our home

This property is wonderfully located in central Ponsonby a 10 minute drive to the city or an easy bus ride. There are fabulous cafes, restaurants and shops just up the road. There are 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite) and another bathroom. There is a study which could take a singe bed. The sofas in the loungse can be used as beds. There is the possibility of a big bedroom and bathroom downstairs also being available. It is very well furnished & very sunny.
IT IS AVAILABLE FROM 22 FEBRUARY 2016 BUT I AM ONLY WANTING SOMETHING FROM 1 JUNE 2016....so would need to be unsimiltaneous swap

I am a very well travelled, totally immaculate, middle aged business woman. I am looking to be travelling with 1 friend and very open to any city type destination from June til October. I can either do a similtaneous or not swap.
