Idealy layed out to accommodate 2-4 people on the ground level. 2 bathrooms & no steps.
(wheelchair friendly) Or add another 2-4 people upstairs with their own bathroom.

Short 10-15min walk to the popular Browns Bay beach and shopping area.
This quaint township has everyting you will need.
All the major Banks, Supermarkets, Resturants, Pubs & Bars, Cafes, RSA, Sports clubs etc;

Close to the North Harbour Stadimun only 8ks or 8min drive away
Also close to Eden Park Stadum approx 30ks or 35min drive away

My wife and I are wishing to spend 1-2 months in the UK between mid Aug and mid Oct 2011
As there is only the two of us a two bed property or larger would be OK
we are also happy to have multie home exchanges over this period.
A car is also available during your stay.

More about us

My wife and I have been married for some 30+ years.
Four years ago we went to England to see our then new grandson for a short period.
We fell in love with England and want to tour and see more of your GR8 country.
Our grandson is still there and we want to spend more time with him.
We have three children 28, 30 & 33 years old and each has one child each which we thourghly love and enjoy spending time with.
I am 58 and my wife is 56 years old.
We love travelling and meeting people and whant to spend a relaxed stay in the UK.and Europe over the next few years.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Browns Bay is a well established and unique as its shopping area is on the beach front.
Our property is at the end of a culdersack and is one of a few new homes recently built this makes the area very quiet.
The immediate neithbours are all very nice and careing and would offer assistance and advise if asked.
The house faces due north and captures the sun nicley while having a pleasent outlook.
