About our home
My home has 3 bedrooms one single and two double beds. A lounge/dining room, with TV, CD and DVD player, gas fireplace for warmth. Kitchen has microwave, electric oven, gas hobs with extract, dishwasher. An office with desk and broadband. Two toilets, one in the laundry(with the washing machine and dryer) and one in the shower room. The house is situated down a quiet right of way is comfortable and safe. There is plenty of parking space for cars. Small garden.Two outside terraces to catch the sun.

I am a retired woman and have exchanged my house several times and have found it a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. I have traveled to many parts of the globe, I suppose you could say this is my hobby. I host overseas students from time to tme, who attend university to learn English. I have a cat, Minnie, who pretty much cares for herself and uses her cat door to go in and out, she would just need feeding. Sorry, I cannot supply a car.

Neighbourhood
Auckland is a diverse city with unique tourist attractions and is the largest city in New Zealand. It is called 'the city of sails' because it is situated on the beautiful Hauraki Gulf with it's many islands a sail or ferry ride away. There are many dormant volcanic cones to explore with fabulous views over Auckland. The east coast white sandy beaches are a 15 minute drive away and the surf beaches of the west coast about an hour away. Panmure has delicious and affordable food restaurants. There are walks around the tidal basin and a stroll to the Panmure estuary. Nearby is a large shopping mall, with cinemas, restaurants, supermarkets and clothing shops etc. The public transport is excellent with buses in the Panmure Village (5 minutes walk from the house)leaving for the city every 15 minutes and the train station (15 minutes walk) at the other end of the village with regular departures.
