About our home

Our home is perfect for a family. It is in a quiet friendly neighbourhood and 5 minutes from Tauranga CBD, 15 minutes from Mt Maunganui beach, 35 minutes from Rotorua. The house was completely renovated 2 years ago so it is very tidy and has nice new kitchen and bathrooms. There is a beautiful sunny garden and double garage.

Tauranga is NZs 3rd largest city and found in the Bay of Plenty region in the North Island. Known for its sunny weather, beautiful beaches, classic NZ scenery and of-course plenty of outdoor activities... within a 30 minute drive of our house you will find world class mountain biking tracks, hiking/walking rails, surfing, fishing, sailing, natural therapeutic hot pools, stunning lakes and beaches. All just waiting for you to GIVE IT A GO!

Rotorua is a fantastic location to experience Maori culture, hot mud pools, geysers etc.
Walks in the park
Carlton Street Reserve and the Matua Saltmarsh are just across the road from the house and make for interesting and beautiful walks
Spot of exercise
Through the reserve and Saltmarsh, up the Mount (15 min drive) or up the 120 stairs located just minutes from the house if you're up for a challenge and a great view!
Day tripping
Rotorua (1 hour), Auckland (2.5 hours), Coromandel (2.5 hours), Ohope beach (1 hr 15 mins), Lake Taupo (2 hours), Matamata (Hobbiton) (45 min drive), McClaren's falls (20 min drive), Mount Maunganui beach (15 min drive)
