About our home
Our beautiful bungalow is a 1930's classical home which has had a major renovation just 18 months ago. The house is 2 minutes walk to the main shopping area of Blenheim, the library, convention centre, stadium 2000, and loads of great restaurants, cafes and bars.
Marlborough's world renowned vineyards and cellar doors are just a 5-10 minute drive away.
There is a large pool and fabulous outdoor living areas, including a cool pool-house.
The home has 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms and 2 sensational bathrooms. For winter breaks there is a fabulous log-burner, wood supplied. Electrical heating and a heatpump are also available.
Jo and Muzz have consistently been Airbnb superhosts since 2014 with great reviews.
The house is surrounded by beautiful gardens and lovely deck areas. There is a pottager garden, guests can help themselves to herbs, seasonal vegetables, lemons, grapefruit and feijoas.
The house is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and in sight of the main street of Blenheim. A supermarket is just a block away.
There is ample off-road parking and exchange use of a vehicle is negotiable.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
We are a 2 minute walk to the central business area of Blenheim, the library, the Convention Centre, Stadium 2000, and Pollard Park. A lovely, easy walking trach along the taylor River can be accessed just 2 minutes away.
The world famous Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc vineyards are less than a 10 minute drive to over 50 cellar doors for tasting and delicious winery lunches. A 25 minute drive will have you at the beautiful Queen Charlotte or Pelorus Sound. An hour inland are the mountains with Lake Rotoiti and the Rainbow skifield.
It is just an hour and a half drive west to Nelson city - gateway to Abel Tasman Park, and Kaikoura is the same distance to the south for whale watching and swimming with dolphins.
