About our home

Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious all round. It has a good size designer kitchen open plan with dinning and lounge area. The lounge comes with a home theatre and 3 meter screen, plus a separate TV and fantastic surround sound system. Moreover, the lounge flows onto a step down conservatory that accesses the back deck, large patio and outdoor entertainment area.

Our home also features three double bedrooms with walk-in wardrobes. The upstairs bedroom comes with mountain views beyond the township, with hill views to the south and sliding door access onto the balcony. There is also the convenience of an office downstairs plus a double internally accessed garage with auto-opener. This is also accompanied with good parking at the entrance and a private and compact fenced off garden to the rear.

Where is it?

Blenheim is ideally and conveniently located in the very heart of New Zealand at the top of the South Island being only 20 minutes by plane to Wellington (the capital city) in the North Island. It is also very handy for the incredible Marlborough Sounds, the underrated Nelson Lakes district, including famous Kaikoura and Whalewatch to the south.

Generally our own neighbourhood is made up of mainly retirees with a good peaceful neighbourhood in general, and walking distance to the Redwoodtown Village, sportsgrounds and shopping. Furthermore, no matter where you are in the township, places are usually only five minutes by car. Unless you choose the countryside made up of large areas of vineyards, orchards and farms, and rolling hillcountry just beyond, before you access the mountains.
