About our home

Architecturally designed this home was built in 2009 as a fully self contained guest house semi-detached to the main house (property owners are sometimes in residence but are very separate and private).

The property is very private and peaceful with security gates and situated on 8 acres overlooking extensive rural and mountain views. Seasonal organic produce is grown in the extensive gardens and working farm nearby.
The Cardrona River runs across neighbouring farm, there are many outdoor pursuits including bike riding, fishing, walking tracks. Cardrona Valley is 45 mins to the nearest international airport at Queenstown, 20 mins drive to Wanaka and 10 mins to Cardrona Ski Resort. Fabulous choice of fine dining or recent award winning restaurants & wineries and Art Galleries & in our opinion better boutique and homeware shopping than Queenstown!

  3. We would like to take our children and extended family members to see other parts of the world, and look forward to beginning our journey this year! We are interested in experiencing other cultures, historical places, local wine and food, markets, scenery, relaxing in warm climate beside the sea or a pool with some adventuring!
