About our home

Our lovely two bedroomed house is situated in the village of Cardrona, right at the foot of the mountains and located in a small resort with a swimming pool and hot tub. With stunning views of the mountains and easy access (by car) to Cardrona ski field (entrance is a few minutes drive away). One of the biggest ski resorts in New Zealand in the winter Cardrona offers skiers and boarders of all abilities a great experience. Popular also in the summer for hiking and mountain biking.

The stunning town of Wanaka is just 20mins drive away and offers access to other ski resorts in the winter and a huge variety of mountain and lake activities in summer. Queenstown is 35mins drive away and offers access to more ski fields and a host of exciting adrenaline activities including jet boats, bungy jumping and sky diving. There are many beautiful walks just a short distance from the house as well as a few of the many amazing vineyards that can be found in the Otago region.
