Our home is located on a sunny, quiet street 10 minutes from the centre of Christchurch.

Recently renovated, our home is very easy living. Everything in Christchurch is close (parks 5mins walk), local shops (2 minute drive / 10mins walk), beach (25mins drive), University (8 mins drive), River (20 mins drive), ski fields / mountains (1hr10mins), city centre (10mins drive), gym (5mins drive).

We have 2 pet cats that require care and company, so animal lovers are a must.

You are welcome to use our car.

We are seeking a long term house swap for a minimum of 3months - up to 1year.

Quiet street, lined with oak trees. Short walk to shops, bus route & parks.

We are a young professional couple (in our 30's). Our professions are both in the fields of Marketing (International Sales Manager & Marketing consultant).

We love the outdoors, and make the most of the beautiful city and country that we live in.

As Kiwis we are English speakers but also speak Spanish & and a little Portuguese.

We have traveled extensively through international student exchanges (in our youth) and through business in recent years. We love meeting new people and learning new cultures.

Our families have holiday accomodation in other parts of New Zealand that you amy be able to visit (Akaroa - the french settlement, 1.5hr from Christchurch) and Hahei (famous beach in the Cormoandel region, 3hrs drive from Auckland - North Island).
