About our home

Our home is a modern 3 bedroom ensuite with extra WC. While it is compact it is spacious and has lovely indoor out door flow. Very warm with double glazing and heat/cool pump. We are in a fabulous leafy street, close to the city center with shopping malls and all conveniences that you require within walking distance. Double garage attached and a lovely garden to enjoy.

More about us

We are two retired bank Managers. Aged 64 and 61. We love to travel and have had successful house swap to North Berwick a few years ago. We enjoy playing golf as often as we can, and enjoy walks in the county side. We would like to exchange cars as well. Would like long term exchange of at least 2 months (flexible of course). We would like to get in touch with anyone who would like to experience the South Island of New Zealand

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We live in a very leafy suburban street, with lovely neighbors'. Close to the central city, but also easy access to main roads North and South. Christchurch is in the middle of the South Island and is on the coast. So we have lovely beaches, but also only just over an hour to top Ski Fields. Down the middle of the South Island are the Southern Alps, so we have rivers lakes and the most amazing scenery. Christchurch is the 3rd largest city in New Zealand and offers all the services of thriving city. Wonderful shopping. Top class restaurants.
