Our home in Christchurch is very easy to live in. It's very spacious, with two living areas, and an open plan kitchen / dining area adjoining one of the living rooms. It has large decks opening from the living rooms, the master bedroom, and the kitchen.
There are 3 bedrooms available. The master has an en-suite (shower and loo)and a super king bed. The master bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms by the living areas. A second bedroom has a queen size bed in it. The third bedroom can have either a super king bed, or 2 long single beds. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom, (bath, shower and loo). There is a farm sized laundry with washer, dryer, and another separate loo.
Outside, we have 3.0 hectares of land, with a walnut tree orchard and sheep. We also have 3 hens enclosed in a small orchard. Numerous wild birds wandering, quail, pukeko, pheasants, ducks etc. A large spacious garden area, and possibly some fresh vegetables to pick...

Our holiday house in LAKE WANAKA has lake and mountain views. 2 min walk to lake, 10 min walk to village along lakeside track. Fabulous indoor / outdoor living, huge deck with spa pool, barbeque, open plan living. Sleeps 10, modern kitchen,2 living areas in main house, a seperate totally self contained studio which sleeps 4 of the 10 guests. A 4wd double cab (& possibly a boat) available, kayaks & bikes also. The Wanaka holiday house is set up for short term rentals but is available for house swapping at other times. The house and studio are very spacious, relaxing and comfortable.
