About our home

Cedar clad home. Comfortable, rambly, slightly old-fashioned but sunny with pool and heat pumps in all the rooms for the winter months. There is a main lounge with lots of glass - open plan with dining area overlooking the quiet courtyard with pool. Very secluded and peaceful. Plenty of books everywhere. The main bedroom is cosy with shower room en suite. The beds are excellent. There is a large separate office/second lounge. The house is down a cul-de-sac with friendly very quiet neighbours. There is a double garage. We have two cats and two cars and would be happy to swap these too.
Howick is a suburb of Auckland. It lies to the East and is a picturesque little village suburb with Saturday morning markets. There are walks to the beaches. There are plenty of restaurants and activities. There is an excellent RSA, Bridge club close by, and various gyms.
