About our home

Our home is a lovely large rural home, set on 2.5 acres. Our home is lovely and clean and very well kept. It has been recently renovated and has a large parking area, lovely swimming pool and spa pool. There are 4 large bedrooms all with queen and king size beds,and a babies cot in one room, a family room, main lounge, 2 bathrooms and lots of outdoor living. Two of the bedrooms have 32 inch flat screen tv's on the wall and the family room has a 42 inch flat screen tv above the gas fireplace, while the main lounge has a 50inch flat screen tv beside the wood burner. We pride ourselves in our home and would do the same with yours. We have never done any swaps before but look forward to a new way of accomodation when travelling.

More about us

Myself and my husband are in our 50's and 60's and are self employed business people in the Recreational Vehicle industry. Motorhomes are also our hobby as we own a 9 metre motorhome. We have grown up children, a son and daughter, and 3 lovely grandsons, (none of whom live with us). We pride ourselves in our home and keep it very neat and clean. Our business takes us to Los Angeles about 2-3 times a year for a week or more each time and we think of LA as our second home now. We are looking forward to our holiday in Singapore in May this coming year. We are very fastidious people and would take great care of your home.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Set on 2.5 acres and just a 2 minute drive from the motorway with easy access to Auckland city just 25mins away by car. We are south of Auckland city and surrounded by lovely country side with the local village only minutes away. All surrounding property's are small farms with cows, sheep and horses. Horse riding facilities are minutes down the road. There is a local village that has a lovely bakery, cafe, hairdresser etc. Auckland international airport is a 20min drive and Tauranga, south of Auckland, is a 2 hour drive. The coromandel, with all of its lovely beaches, is only a couple of hours south also.
