We are a family of four. Parent and two children, aged 16 and 21. Paul is a real estate agent and Amy is an interpreter in hospital. We enjoy travelling, exploring the world. Like to meet new people, understand different cultures. Our children are well-behaved. We will look after your home like our own.

Epsom is a desired central area. Close to CBD(approx 7 min), museum, motorway, park, beach, etc. My house is in a cul-de-sac right beside Mt St John, a volcanic cone. Two other famous volcanic cone, Mt Eden and One Tree Hill are within walking distance. Newmarket, fashion capital of New Zealand, provides world-class shopping and entertainment experience. It is just 5 minutes drive. Remuera Golf Course is about 10 min. Mission Bay beach is about 20 min. Auckland is the biggest city of NZ. It offers all kind of activities, e.g. adventures, leisure, sightseeing, cultures. We have been here for 18 years. We just love it!
