About our home

Our home is a 1980s weatherboard house, simple and functional for a relaxed stay.
Open plan living and functional kitchen with dishwasher, and all what you need to cook, bread maker, nutri bullet, food processor, etc.
The best of the house is the outdoor backyard, where you can feel like you are in the middle of the jungle with birds singing and pukekos regular visits. We have 2 chooks, so you can help yourself to the organic eggs for breakfast too.
Off the street parking, a covered BBQ area and a basic but clean and private swimming pool, to splash, refresh or have fun with the kids. Our cat Bonzo, will hide from you to keep her privacy and our dog Pebbles will want to play with you unless we are taking her during our swap.
All windows have the view of the reserve and our gardens, with plums, apple, figs, nectarines, feijoa and other fruit trees for you to enjoy too.

Backing to a reserve and farm land, you will wake up to the singing of the birds.
The house is at the end of a long driveway on a cull the sac street hence, once in, you won’t know you have neighbours, nor will you believe you are only 1k from local shops, 2k from Waikato Hospital and 3k from Hamilton City’s main street. In addition, the bus stop is 200 metres away. You have several walk tracks that will take you through a series of reserve parks with streams and native bush, only 200 metres from the house!
Netflix is available and a selection of novels, business, gardening and motivational books are also there for your amusement.
