About our home

This is our home in Hamilton. It is quite new and comfortable in our temperate winter or our summer climate.
Hamilton is a smaller city about 1 hr 15min South of Auckland but central to the tourist areas of Coromandel, Waitomo and Rotorua.
We also have a holiday home in the Coromandel we can make available.

I am a 57 year old Property developer and retired builder. I have owned a farm and own and manage both commercial and industrial rental properties.
I have an interest in cars and own several vintage, classic and modern interest vehicles.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

River Road is a main route in the City with prestigious homes. It is a suburban area, handy to shopping centre,walks and amenities. It is a very safe neighbourhood and our house is very private.
