About our home

I am a retired teacher and I aim to spend several months each year in Somerset, UK to spend time with my daughter and family. Although originally from London, I cannot bring myself to leave my wonderful life in Auckland permanently.
My home is 5 mins from Auckland's beautiful sandy beaches and 15 mins from the CBD. It is situated in a peaceful suburban street and yet only 5 mins from the Harbour Bridge access to the central city. The unit is most comfortable for two or three occupants and has a deck onto a secluded garden area. Locally there is a vibrant cafe life and excellent restaurants and bars, many bordering the extensive beach.
