Mid 90's small home and garden, with amazing views of the sea neadby and city in the distance. Perched on a hill so the views are uninterrupted and full of sky. Gorgeous sunsets especially in late summer. Lovely safe swimming beaches close by. A village like atmosphere in nearby picturesque Howick, with street cafes and boutique cinema. 30 minute drive into downtown Auckland, or take the ferry from the nearby marina. Lovely walks, sailing, swimming. First class shopping malls. So much to see and do.
