We are very close walk to the university of Canterbury (750m) and city centre. A beautiful, large home with 4 double bedrooms Each room has a desk, very large cupboard and double bed. You can comfortably fit 8 people into the home. With everything so close in Christchurch, you can travel to nearby towns for day trips. Very safe neighbourhood, fully equiped home and many options to chose from.
