About our home
Our New 2 story Beach house has sea views and is within easy walking distance to the Beach. The House will be completed by December 2019. We are currently living in a friends cottage right next door. I have included plans of the house to show the layout .
I guess I am early listing our Home, but we hope to exchange for travel next year.
There is a bit of a hill , hence the great views. I walk it every day with ease.
We have 2 full bathrooms and 1 cloakroom ( Toilet and Handbasin )

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
We live in a small friendly village beside the Sea. We have many "get togethers" during every month. We appreciate good Food and Good Wine. There are no shops in the Village but the large town Whanganui is 15 minutes drive away. There is a Camp Ground which sells Burgers, Ice Creams etc during weekends.
Our Beach is manned by life Guards from Christmas through to the end of February
