Butterfly Bay is a magnificent private beach set on 100 acres on Northlands pristine Marlin Coast.

The property consists of 1 house and a separate cottage for overflow. Both look out over the beautiful sandy surf beach.

The house is finished to a high modern standard, for easy indoor, outdoor living. There are 2 double bedrooms with en-suites and 1 single bed mezzanine room with a family bathroom attached.

The cottage is perfect for teenage overflow and includes a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and comfortably sleeps 2 couples.
