About our home
Charming three bedroom cottage in Kingsland. Your private room is quiet, spacious and looks out onto a garden filled with native New Zealand plants.
We are close to trains and buses (5 minutes drive to the city).
The house is modest and clean with all modern appliances and furniture. Original artwork. House stays mostly cool in summer and heats well in winter. You are welcome to make yourself at home in the kitchen.
Guest room has a queen size bed. It is right next to the bathroom. A reasonable standard of cleanliness and tidying required.
Modern bathroom and laundry. Lounge has flat screen TV, DVD and apple TV; pretty good sound system.

Close to public transport (train & bus), close to CBD, a great local gym, funky bars & restaurants, Westfield mall within 15 minute walk, supermarkets nearby
