About our home

Our home is very easy living - tiles on floor, and carpet only in the lounge. very suitable for a couple downstairs with bathroom and living room opening to decks and upstairs 2 bedrooms with ensuite- very private and lovely views of the lifestyle property. Very sunny.

More about us

Brian and Pam are keen to travel and exchange our home with other persons wishing to visit NZ -we are open to negotiate times of the year. We have three grownup children (who live locally) and now grandchildren. There is no work to do on the lifestyle property Just come and enjoy its atmosphere and feel free to use this home as a base for your sighseeing in New Zealand.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We are within a 20 minute walk to the supermarket and local town which caters for factory outlet stores and cafes/ 5 minute drive to beach and 10 drive up a gorge for scenery and tramping facilities. 40minute drive to Wellington City(car or train) or Palmerston North (an inland city). Otaki has the main highway acess to north and south. We have a micro-climate and really enjoy dining outside.
