It is a 1920's character home. It has a large yard, deck and attractive garden, with great indoor/outdoor flow. Lovely outdoor setting and a private jacuzzi. We are a family with 4 children aged between 10 - 17 years. Our children are well behaved, careful and respectful. Our names are Nancy and Neal. We are both professionals; Nancy works part time as a teacher and an artist and Neal works full time as a general manager for an energy company.

We are located in a lovely seaside village of Eastbourne, 20 mins drive from NZ's capital city, Wellington. There are beaches, cafes, bush walks and boutique shopping at our doorstep. The homes are attractive and the neighbourhood is safe and friendly.
