The property is surrounded by native bush so open all the doors and listen to the bird song.

We are a large family that loves doing things together and being outside.
Kenny is a money broker and Gretchen is a stay at home mum.
Kenny and I have two boys and two girls aged 10, 9, 8, 8. Its busy but it has never stopped us doing anything. The kids are all great skiers and we would love to go somewhere close to a ski field and show them a different skiing experience.
We have travelled overseas as a family before and the children are fantastic.
We are proud home owners and the children know how to respect property.
Kenny and I have both travelled and worked overseas in our early 20's, in Europe and America, and would love to give the kids a taste of what is out there.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
We live in eastbourne which is a little beach town 20 mins drive or ferry ride from Wellington.
We have the best swimming beaches in wellington and we also get the last of the sun.
The area is renown for our amazing bush walks, the best of which is 5 minutes walk from our house.
There is award winning restaurants, amazing cafes, art galleries, a library, a super market and gift shops.
Eastbourne is an amazing place to relax but only 20 mins from the capital city if you feel like some culture. Wellington is the artistic centre of New Zealand , great theatre, live music, restaurants, museums or sporting venues.
