This renovated bungalow from the 1960's, is located on the North Shore in a well established neighbourhood called Murrays Bay/ Mairangi Bay, this is about 20 minutes north from Auckland city center.

We are surrounded by many lovely beaches ,beautiful walks and a shopping mall is only 10 minutes away.
A lovely village down by the beach with cafes, restaurants and shops is just 5 minutes away from this top of the world location. You won't want to leave, but hope you will enjoy your time in our house and lovely suroundings.
