About our home

A beautifully restored Villa with large decking areas and modern interiors is what greets you but our lovely community will welcome you.
Our little dead end road is far away from city traffic noise , instead you will have to listen to birdsongs and the occasional bark or miau of the neighbours cat and dog.

Ideal area for fishing, water sports and trecking. There are several golf courses within half an hours drive.
Convenience store, petrol station, liquor store, three bakeries to choose from and several Restaurants are within walking distance. For the long term guests you can send your kits to one of Auckland’s best schools, Long Bay Collage. Primary and intermediate schools are also close by. Massey University is 5 minutes away.
Auckland City, with everything what a large size city can offer, is only a 15 minutes drive away or meandering along the waterfront will get you to Northshore City with Takapuna as a host for entertainment and diners galore.

What else could you want?

About ourselfs:
I am a professional artist and work from my studio which is situated about 3km away from home. My husband is a equestrian coach and the whole country is his 'office'. We both immigrated to NZ from Germany 29 years ago and consider ourselves very lucky to be able to live in beautiful New Zealand !
My interest is of course art and everything to do with it but I also love cooking eating traveling and taking care of our large garden. My husband shares my interest but is happy to swap the garden chores with days at the golf course...lots of days at the golf course!
To keep fit and burn those extra calories we go for walks down to the beach almost everyday and if we feel like it we will climb the cliff at the other end and could go on forever without ever seeing a soul.

You should try it one day!

Cheers Jeanine and Philipp
