About our home
In a quiet spot right in the hub of downtown Mt Maunganui , this modern and roomy self contained basement flat is located one section back from the beach and enjoys its own beach access.
Contemporary decor, open plan living, kitchen with oven and two hobs, a small fridge and all the basic kitchen equipment needed to self cater. One double bedroom with queen bed and ample storage. To sleep extras there is a separate bedroom which sits right beside the main bedroom but has separate access door.
The space
Owners are friendly and relaxed, and may be using the upstairs space at times. We encourage both parties to be respectful of each other and we have had no complaints from either so far. Both areas are private.
Just a short stroll from the Mount (Maoao) and Main Street means shopping, cafes, restaurants and scenic walks are all right at your fingertips.
Getting around
You can reach everything you need on foot. A bus service is available if required to go further afield.
Guest access
The vacuum cleaner and iron are shared with upstairs.

Drug free and smoke free property please, with monitoring in place.

Mt Maunganui is one of NZ's most popular holiday destination, with its beautiful long beaches, picturesque harbor, great walking tracks up or around "the Mount" (Maoao) for fantastic view. Moderate climate all year. So much to do right on the doorstep.
