About our home
Our home is just a few minutes drive from Devonport where you can catch a ferry to Auckland City (10-12min trip) or walk to gorgeous Narrowneck Beach at the end of our street. We enjoy views to Auckland City and the Sky tower and looking across the road the view is a parklike setting, duck pond, trees and the edge of the Waitemata Golf Course.
As you come up the stairs to the front door you will see an outdoor water feature. The entrance way is white marble and situated on the second floor which is the bedroom and bathroom level. Our 4 bedroom home is made up of 2 x Queen Bedrooms 1 x single Bedroom (a fold out single sofabed is also available in this room) 1 x Master King size Bedroom with ensuite including bath and double showers. There is another bathroom with a shower and toilet on this level. The stairs lead up to the top floor which consists of a large open plan living/ kitchen area with a great indoor outdoor flow to a large outdoor deck area.
The laundry is situated on the ground floor and is accessible from an internal staircase from the bedroom level.
The garage and rest of the ground floor area is unavailable for use.
The house has concrete floors which are underfloor heated and our home is very warm. We have air conditioning on the top floor to cool down the area in Summer.
