About our home

A unique property. Very very private. Rural setting, while 10 min drive from town. Situated on a hill overlooking the Tasman bay. 65 acres of native bush. The property has its own spring water, organic fruit trees and vegetable garden. The house is newly designed contemporary style and won an architectural award. It has 4 bedrooms and open space living in the main house and a little cottage with its own bathroom. The house is warm and spacious,and well incorporates its beautiful bush and sea views.
A real sanctuary. A place to replenish.
It has a heated pool and other entertainments like: a trampoline, pool table, tennis table, bush walks.

More about us

We are a family of 4 people and a dog. We are a couple in our 40's with 2 boys age 13 and 12. We used to be involved in the hospitality industry in Nelson, where we live in the last 10 years. We are currently working voluntarily for support organizations in our community.
We decided it is time for us to visit Israel for a longer period and spend time with our families. We would love to find people who would appreciate this special sanctuary and will treat it with love and care as we do. We are extremely tidy people who love to keep our surounding beautiful.
We are looking for a nice, well maintained house or a roof apartment, preferably in the northern neighborhoods of Tel Aviv.
Ideally, we would like our dog to stay home if you could look after him. If not, we have other options available.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

A residential area 10 min north from Nelson on the coastal road.
The property is connected to the neighborhood by 1.5 km of gravel road.
The neighborhood has a mini market, a kindergarden and a play center. It has a good primary school 3 min drive away. It has a service school bus to the intermediate and high schools.
