About our home

Lovingly restored family home in beautiful Nelson. Open plan living /dining leading to sunny courtyard with a 2 person cedar hot-tub. The courtyard is being remodelled over winter/spring and will be ready for Christmas-time. There are 2 double bedrooms in the main-house and a large 15sqm fully insultated sleepout/rumpus room which was just created in February 2019. There are also 1-2 single bedrooms/office/sunroom. There is plenty of off-street parking. The home is equiped with Sky TV, a smart TV with Netflix, and Wifi
Our home is just 500 metres to the cathedral steps and top of Trafalgar street where there is a selection of restaurants (everything from fine-dining to burger joints), cafes and a variety of bars including upmarket cocktail bars and crafty beer places.
The beautiful Tahunanui beach is 5km away, but if you want to venture further the world famous Kaiteriteri beach and start of the Abel Tasman national park is under an hours drive away.
