About our home
Built in 1997, our home is a warm, light and sunny, brick and tile house. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe; ranchslider door leads out to paved patio. The second bedroom has a queensize bed and also has access to the patio via ranchslider door. The third bedroom has a single bed and trundle bed. There are two living areas: family room has wooden floors and access to the sun drenched patio. The newly refreshed kitchen with gas hob, dishwasher and white stone bench shares this area and accesses the formal dining room and separate formal lounge. A 2 car garage provides direct entry into the house alongside the secure front door. There is an excellent shopping centre through a short walkway, and public transport is very close by. The neighbourhood is very quiet, clean and tidy and there are a number of beautiful safe beaches within 10 to 30 minutes drive of our home.
